Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: Eating Popeye's fried chicken 6 hours prior.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Facility was unkempt. Open containers of water/cleaning solution with rags left near soda fountain. Food trash overflowing in receptacles. No napkins given and there were no straws or plasticware. Had to ask for them. Meat seemed undercooked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
