Wednesday March 19 around 5:00 pm I ate vegetable tacos with chips and salsa. About 3 hours later started having stomach issues with diarrhea to start then vomiting profusely one time. Have been nauseous now ever since but no more vomiting. Just getting nauseated every time I eat. No fever or anything else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
