I ordered the italian beef with hot pepper dipped around 9pm wed march 20, few hours later i went to sleep and was feeling my stomach acting weird. Woke up in the night couple of times feeling very dehydrated. Next morning I had diarrhea, had a fever, and felt weak the entire day. I could not do anything that day. Symptoms stayed till I vomited after trying to sleep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
