On April 4 I purchased a cheddar cheese & tomato sandwich at the Pret a Manger at 400 Park Avenue NYC at 1pm and ate it soon after while waiting for a bus. That night starting at approx. 8 pm I became nauseous and vomited three times over the next 6-7 hours, had night sweats, felt feverish, and had episodes of diarrhea. The next morning (April 5) I was still feverish with headache and diarrhea. Symptoms resolved slowly over the next 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Night Sweats
