Egg, bacon sandwich I had the sandwich and a coffee in the morning. My stomach got upset after 6-7 hours. By the time I got home I had sever diarrhoea and got nausea. As during the day I haven't consumed other than water it only can be the sandwich that causesmy symptoms. Right now I'm hoping to get better overnight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Diarrhea
