17-year-old female ate Chicken Power Bowl salad purchased evening of 4/27/19. She ate it immediately and immediately felt ill. She vomited and had explosive diarrhea. Salad contained chicken, lettuce, grain and tomatoes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
