Jar of pink grapefruit foamed, opened easily. Strong bad odor. Thrown out. Opened a second jar. No foaming but tasted bad. So bad I spit it out. Both jars thrown out.

Chicken Salad Causes Illness

17-year-old female ate Chicken Power Bowl salad purchased evening of 4/27/19. She ate it immediately and immediately felt ill. She vomited and had explosive diarrhea. Salad contained chicken, lettuce, grain and tomatoes.
