ER Trip After Cupcakes - Publix, West Palm Beach Florida

I was trying to find cases some years back because a few years ago, my little brother and I ate some publix's cupcakes, he was fine after throwing up once but me on the other hand... I threw up every few minutes and everytime I tried to consume something, even water, I threw it up. It got bad to the point that I was throwing up stomach fluids. I was sent to the ER and hospitalized for a day and the doctors generally had no idea what it was but their best theory was the cupcakes. I never ate public cupcakes after that lol. | Symptoms: Other, Nausea, Vomiting
