Department of Health, Bad cooked Chicken from here I bought the chicken from the deli on Sunday I am pretty sure and had one breast of chicken with Mac salad and potatoe salad Sunday for dinner and woke up Monday morning with some serous pain in my belly and was unable to keep any food down till today AKA Friday over four days and I had a major fever to top it all off.Couldnt sleep finally got a nap today | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
