Shell salad with chicken, rice, beans, pico, lettuce, Mexican caesar dressing., After eating more than half, I went to the bit left on the right side of the bowl, it literally was like biting down on rocks and pebbles. I think they pick up toppings and/or chicken off the floor and served me. I got a tummy ache about 2 hrs later, then nauseous and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
