- comments: observed broken thermometer front left side of 1 door cooler in front prep area. Instructed manager to replace and maintain thermometer at front of cooler.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed water leaking from door of accutemp steamer in kitchen. Instructed to repair.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed food debris and grease build up in rear of fryer cabinet in kitchen. Observed brown and white spots in upper left corner of ice machine in rear prep area and white spots on upper center of ice machine in lobby. Instructed manager to thoroughly clean surfaces and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed no visible back flow prevention devices on water lines to dining room ice machine and tea brewer. Instructed manager to provide and maintain.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed waste water back up from drain underneath four compartment sink when water is released from compartment. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Must repair and maintain plumbing so water does not back up from drain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed black, brown and green build up and debris in floor sink between fountain drink and tea brewer dispenser in lobby. Instructed clean and maintain.
