Got a cheese quesadilla, chips and guac/sour cream/queso. Ate at 8:00 pm 12/31, got home from work at 5:00 am, shortly after I started vomiting, had diarrhea, fever, bloating and nausea. No idea how this could have happened with a cheese quesadilla but it's the only meal I ate within a reasonable window and also the only thing over the previous 3 days I didn't share with my partner. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating

Bad sour cream can cause this too happened to me (grows red or regular mold), it was probably that or guac I’d bet
