Steak Burrito Bowl Illness - Qdoba, Louisville Kentucky

I had a burrito bowl with steak at 11:30am on 7/26/17. I started feeling lethargic within an hour. I napped for about 3 hours upon returning home and woke around 3:00pm. I went to a movie at 4:30pm and returned home around 7:00pm, feeling strange that I was not hungry for dinner. I soon become very nauseous and my stomach bloated and hardened with gas. I had diarrhea after 9:00pm. I took a dose of zofran and laid in bed at 10:00pm. I tossed and turned with nausea until right after 12:00am when I vomited. The contents were solely the burrito bowl-- 12.5 hours later, it had not digested. I had another bout of diarrhea and returned to bed, feeling nauseous. I am now writing this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
