Had the 3 cheese nachos (spicey) with lime chicken. Pinto beans, pico de gallo, and guac. Had it at 1100am. Started feeling sick around 12-100pm. Had diarrhea, and around 800pm i threw up. Still feeling a little weak and i feel warm, like if i have a fever.and it’s 10pm Hoping to feeling better tomorrow. The past couple days i had my home made tamales. A burger from the habit, homemade French toast., Cereal , some hostess donuts. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fever
