Ate a bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal brown sugar flavor and got explosive diarrhea about a hour later. Terrible stomach pain and several more bouts of diarrhea for rest of day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I just discovered they were the source making me ill for months. I didn't pinpoint the cereal as the cause until now. I discovered they list the ingredient maltrodextrin , which causes all those symptoms you listed both immediately and longer due to wreaking ones gut bacteria.
