I had the fish dinner with coleslaw and French fries on Sunday 2/20/2023 at 1:30 pm. Within one hour I started having severe nausea. Before I left at 3 I had diarrhea and used their bathroom. One hour later on my way home I stopped at a turnpike rest stop and vomited When I got home in Louisville at approximately 5pm I vomited again.
