Ate here on 1/23/2025 with my wife. Both of us ordered the chef’s tasting menu and wine pairings. We finished our meal at 10pm and at 2am the next morning I woke up with diarrhea. At 6am I woke up again with diarrhea and also vomited. I was very ill for the next 24 hours and some symptoms lasted 72 hours. I’m 100% sure it came from Quintonil as it was the only food/drink that my wife and I didn’t share during our time in Mexico City. She didn’t have any of the salsa from one of the dishes and only ate the caviar on one of the dishes. Also our tastings were plated separately so it’s possible it came from something we both ate, but in which only one dish was contaminated (like the mussels tart) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
