We stopped at Quiznos on the way to Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. It was located off the highway connected to a BP (Quiznos - #06620 - BP - Highway 45 and Dever Road). I had a 8in chicken carbonara sub with lettuce and on Rosemary Parmesan bread. I started feeling nauseous on the way home and buy that evening about four hours later I was on the toilet was straight liquid coming out of me. At one in the morning I got up to use the restroom again at the same time I was using the restroom I was puking. There was a whole bunch of mushrooms in my vomit it was disgusting. I don't think I ever want to eat Quiznos or mushrooms again. This morning I already had a doctor appointment for other things, so they gave me zofran as well to take because they want me to keep using the restroom to get the bad stuff out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
