Vera Cruz taco truck at radio east on 7-11-25. I got the steak and shrimp tacos had some both at 10am then 2pm symptoms like diarrhea started at 230pm then started throwing up at 730pm. Went to the hospital at 11pm where they confirmed food poisoning most likely from the shrimp. The only thing I ate Friday 7-11-25 was Vera Cruz when all this sickness started. It is now 7-13-25 and I’m cleaning up all the aftermath at home still having diarrhea and unable to eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

You let a shrimp taco hang around for four hours before eating it if you want to blame the trailer?
Shrimp tacos were eaten immediately the steak tacos went into fridge before eating 4 hours l8r. Thanks for not jumping to conclusions.
