My wife ate a steak and spinach then became extremely ill, she has been vomiting violently for almost 24 hours. We were staying at the Martha Washington Inn and spoke to many other people including past staff that have had the same experience. Most reported it’s something with the meat, specifically beef. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
