On April 4, 2025 at 3:30 PM I arrived at Ralph’s. Upon entering I picked up a package of spicy tuna. Walked around the store continue shopping for 15 minutes. I drove eight minutes to get home and then consumed it. Went to work until midnight and went to bed. The following day I woke up with diarrhea. I skipped breakfast and lunch . I had one scoop of red rice and beef. Today 4/7/25 day I woke up and symptoms had worsened. With additional symptoms such as headache, fatigue, nausea, chills, upset stomach / severe stomach pain and cramping, vomiting and Diarrhea . I drank only hot water and had a potato with salt. threw everything up, my face pale, in a cold sweat, faint from severe stomach pain. I called an ambulance. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
