Mussels Illness Suspected - Red Lobster,

I have been sick before from eating at Red Lobster, It was the limited time Seafood "Gumbo", I decided to give them another try after a year and a half and had king crab with a mussels appetizer. I am pretty sure it was the mussels and the broth it was cooked in. This was the ONLY meal I had eaten all day, so I know it was the source. An hour after I got home the vomiting and diarrhea started (about 7) and got so bad that about 11:30 I blacked out and wound up taking an ambulance to the hospital. They leaned towards food poisoning, but didn't come right out and say it. They did send a treatment sheet for food poisoning home with me however. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
