Hello,My fiance, children and l ate at here on 2 /4/23. We were there early between 1130 or 12 I would say. Unfortunately I do not have the ticket number as my fiancé paid remotely on the machine at the table and did not get a receipt. We ordered different meals and I had the meal with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and shrimp Alfredo.
Everything tasted good. I began exhibiting symptoms that early evening with a severe headache-later followed by violent vomiting, fever, diarrhea, dizziness, numbness in the face, body aches and extreme fatigue. From Saturday 2/4/23 to today 2/8/23 have not been well. Today is the first day I've kept down food and haven't ran a fever. I still am lethargic, dizzy and numbness in my face. My family did not eat anything that I had and no one else has gotten sick making me think that this is not just the flu. I wanted to make someone aware while also inquire if anyone else has reported feeling ill from the weekend. I would appreciate a call or email to my provided into above.
