Campylobacter from Chicken Salad - Red Robin, Battle Ground Washington

Ordered meal at apx 5:30pm.
Chicken Salad w/grilled chicken instead of the breaded chicken.
Lots of new employees that evening and seeming to have lots of confusion going on.
Waited an unusually long time for meal to come. Did not notice anything real obvious about the chicken.
Dinnermate ordered hamburger w/fries.
Left restaurant and headed straight to parents home. About 1.5-2 hrs later I was feeling so ill I had to leave their home early and head home.
Started being sick within 10 min of getting home and then this continued for 6 days.
Fever, chills, inflammation, diarrhea, headache and nausea. On the 6th day I finally went in to be seen and I had lost 17lbs during this time. They proceeded to do blood test and fecal test and it was discovered that I had Campylobacter in my system. I am now improving but it is a slow process to get rid of this infection. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills
