I ordered a tri tip sandwich with cilantro cream and fries at around 1pm. I went with my sister and her boyfriend and they both ordered the same thing but no cilantro cream and added cheese. I noticed when all our sandwiches came out that my meat was a little lighter and looked fattier than their meat did. I figured I just got a fattier piece. However 4 hours later, I began to have stomach cramps. Didn’t think much of it until they got worse and started causing chills and lightheaded ness and fever in me. Then I got HORRIBLE diarrhea that is continuing as I speak | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Lightheaded, Cramps
