- comments: observed hand washing sink not maintained in front serving area. Hand washing sink drain pipe not proprerly connected allowing the water to spill on the floor. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed pipe connected to walk in cooler draining water into bucket. Condensate drainage and other non-sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law.
