Used my free coupon I received (March 13, 2016) and got a chicken bowl with everything, but sour cream, cheese and pinto beans. Within an hour my stomach was in knots and I had diaherrea. Later the same evening I began running a fever, nausea, body aches and flu like symptoms. Today I'm still fighting 101° fevers and the flu like symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
