Fish Tacos Cause Illness - Rubio's, Tempe Arizona

April 9th, 2018 @ 7pm, I had a grilled fish burrito and original fish taco. One other member of my group got sick and also had fish tacos, the third had shrimp and did not get sick. Intense vomiting and diarrhea @5am the next day. Could not keep any liquids down. Fever and dehydration from all the vomiting and diarrhea. Muscle and joint aches as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
