On 4/3/22 I had a mushroom burger, fries and a coke at here at around 3:30 pm. I started to feel too full and like I could not digest the food. After I got home at 9:00 I had nausea during the night and diarrhea and chills in the morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
