Undercooked Scallops Cause Illness - Undercooked, Cape Canaveral Florida

I went to this location on June 5th 2022 in the evening. I ordered the jumbo sea scallops with fries and a side salad and I started having horrible symptoms that evening at home. I am having severe watery diarrhea, cramping in stomach, I haven't had vomiting or fever yet. I have nausea and vertigo and chills. My blood pressure has been very high for me as well, highest reading was 160 over 98. I am usually in the 120s over 70. I should have known they undercooked as well since they told us the kitchen was super busy that evening and were running behind on our orders. I ate the first one and while it tasted good the texture seemed off. I asked my husband to try it that night also and he has been fine except he has now started having diarrhea within the last hour now with no other symptoms yet so far for him. I ate about 5 of them. My husband only ate that one and he told me they were undercooked. I stopped eating them after that but I didn't want to send the food back since it was crazy busy and we didn't want to wait again for food so I just stopped eating them and ate the fries only. I guess he was right! I'm in horrible pain and just feel very unwell and I live nearby so i dont know if we will be back. :( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness, Chest Pain
