The staff at the dish pit won't clean their dishes well, mixing dirty with clean plates. In after hours, they leave food unopened. Line kitchen is filthy. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE! I've seen children eat there and it's disheartening. EcoLab, the night crew, and myself (as a former staff) can do as much as we can. The staff and the managers don't care. I used to work there as a Steward. I addressed the situations to the lead manager, and only told me they reported to Ecolab and they have the night crew coming. I said they can only do much and the staff has to contribute to the cleaning. Workplace retaliation by harassing me and calling me "baby."
