I haven’t had hummus in a while and bout my old favorite flavor, roasted red pepper, as an impulse buy. I chose Sabra brand because it’s just $1.50 cheaper than other brands. I was the only one in my household who indulged in a midnight snack of chips and hummus and the following morning, maybe 7 hours later, I had sharp painful cramps radiating from the top of my stomach to my pelvis in waves over and over. I also has had gas, watery diarrhea and nausea that made me gag at water. I will never buy cheap hummus again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Gas
