Ate some fries and chicken/rice soup around 6:30pm; woke up from sleep on 04/19/17 around 6:00am with abdomen pain, nausea, diarrhea. I went to work that AM as I work in the medical field as a nurse, I took my temp and it was 100.1. I was sent home due to the severity of my symptoms. I took some tylenol for the headache but I am still having abdomen pain and exhibiting generalized weakness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain
