Cereal Causes Severe Vomiting - Safeway, Lihue Hawaii

Friday 04/15/2022, As I was eating my cereal Special K with  yogurt and vitamin D milk I almost completed my bowl and I started to feel like I was going to throw up. 10 minutes later I had terrible stomach cramps and then I violently threw up for about 15 minutes   After about 2 hours and with a completely empty stomach I started to feel better.  | Symptoms: Cramps, Nausea, Vomiting
