I bought a sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese at the Sainsbury's at Edinburgh Airport around 11:30 PM on Saturday night. I started feeling unwell on the bus to Glasgow. By the time I arrived, I was weak on my knees. Since then, I have been experiencing nausea, stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, and general weakness. It has now been almost 48 hours, and I am still very unwell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
