Food Safety Report - Sainsbury's, England

1 day ago reported by user-xtbxh774 business

Sainsbury's Local, Mitcham Road, London SW17 9NN, UK

196 Mitcham Road, SW17 9NN England, United Kingdom

On Saturday, I went to Sainsbury’s and purchased a tuna mayo sandwich, an apple, grapes, strawberries 135g an Appletiser 150ml, JS white chocolate chip cookies, and a bottle of Highland Spring water. Within a few hours of eating, I became extremely tired and ended up bedridden, sleeping for most of the day. The following day, I woke up feeling very weak and exhausted, with severe stomach pain that became excruciating. I tried to prepare food for myself and my daughter, which was difficult due to how unwell I felt. Although I managed to eat a small amount and my daughter also ate, the stomach pain continued to worsen. My daughter did not have the tuna mayo, but she had some of the cookies and fruit and water, so I think there were contaminants in the tuna mayo sandwich which I consumed. Later, I experienced projectile vomiting and pooping, bringing up and out everything I had eaten. Since then, I have been unable to eat, as anything I try to consume makes me feel worse. I'm concerned that something I purchased may have been contaminated and caused food poisoning, and I would like to raise awareness and report this in case others have experienced similar symptoms.. Sainsbury's, SW17 9NN | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
