Instructed all washrooms handwash bowls must reach a minimal of 100. 0 f by date of reinspection. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: found cafeteria employees washrooms handwash bowls hot/cold push buttons at less than 15 seconds running water time when pushed. Instructed to recalibrate said handwash bowl hot/cold water push buttons to a minimal 15 seconds running water time when pushed.

- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at entrance/exit door #13. Must rodent proof said door.
