Wife had a pulled pork sandwich at the Sam's Club Deli in south Las Vegas off of Rainbow after shopping on 4/12. Half hour later at home became very ill, nauseated, dizzy, stomach ache, fever. Still down the next day. Stayed home from work to take care of her. Excellent health, very rarely ill. This came on very fast. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Follow up on this 5/23/17 Very bad case of food poisoning. Two doctor visits already with a follow up with a specialist scheduled on the 25th of this month. Appears to have caused a infection in her right breast. Wish she was able to vomit or had diarrhea to get the poison out of her system. She has never been this ill before
