The only thing I ate all day was a slice of meat Pizza and a pretzel w/cheese sauce from Sams. Started feeling stomach cramps and mild nausea about 2 hrs later. It got progressively worse with chills, fever and lots of nausea and diarrhea. Started to feel a little better after I finally threw up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
