The inspector reported finding about 139 rodent droppings throughout the kitchen area, including about 55 on the floor next to a mop sink and 55 others behind a reach-in freezer next a three-compartment sink, according to a report on file with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Another high-priority violation came when the inspector observed a bag of jasmine rice with gnaw marks on it and issued a stop sale on food. The third high-priority violation was issued for wiping cloth sanitizer exceeding the maximum concentration allowed.
