Xmas Party Food Illness - Shifnal Balti, England

We went for a works Xmas meal at 6pm on Thursday 5th December. I had chicken tikka chilli massala and mushroom Fried rice. I was fine until about 10pm on Friday 6th December when I started to feel nauseas. Very soon after I became really poorly with a high temperature but shivering, a constant severe headache, stomach cramps and severe sickness. I couldn’t even keep water down, I was incredibly fatigued. I genuinely thought I was going to have to go to the hospital I felt so ill. Symptoms have eased today (Sunday 8th December) although I still feel incredibly tired and can’t stomach food. The majority of my party have all had the same illness following us having our meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
