Freshly, made in store, salmon patty. Only myself. Symptoms started in 15 minutes.I cooked a frozen salmon patty in my air fryer. Unfortunately, the patties were made freshly in store, I ordered 4 of them. They were packaged separately, when I arrived home, I immediately put them in a stand alone freezer. I decided to cook one in my Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer. I followed directions for cooking temperature but doubled the time because the patties were larger than the usual pre-packaged ones. I didn't save the store receipt and they weren’t pre-packaged as I stated. Normally my granddaughter and great granddaughter are here with me, they were getting registesred for school, thankfully, or we all would have been sick. With COVID being a possibly, that’s the first thing I thought, being 82, it really concerned me so the first thing I did was to take my temperature and blood pressure, both normal, then I started belching and immediately got the salmon taste, the rest is history, no more sordid details. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
