Went to lunch today with coworkers at 1pm. I had a buffalo Mac and cheese bowl and fried mushrooms. By 5pm I was having stomach pains and nausea. Major diarrhea at 7. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
