Went to lunch today with coworkers at 1pm. I had a buffalo Mac and cheese bowl and fried mushrooms. By 5pm I was having stomach pains and nausea. Major diarrhea at 7.

I ate a chicken sandwich from here on April 17th around 7:30pm. Around 11:30pm same night I started vomiting and didn’t stop until the next morning around 5pm. I’ve had slim chickens before but have never gotten sick from it. I haven’t came into contact with anyone…

I ate some French fries and then minutes later my stomach starts hurting and then I have diarrhea like 2 times. I start gagging, go to sleep then gag again then start throwing up and my body feels kind of hot. Idk i I have the stomach…
