Got a chili cheese coney Monday night. Tuesday morning I had nausea that persisted throughout the day. Vomited midday Tuesday, and about 5 more times that night. I had to leave work early because I was feeling so bad. Couldn't keep any food or water down. Now today, Wednesday, I have some diarrhea but have been able to eat a slice of toast and haven't vomited it up yet. I deduced it was the chili dog as my boyfriend and stepson ate the same thing I did all day except when we got that. I was the only one that got a chili dog, they got mozzarella sticks and corn dogs. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
