March 26th 530. party of 9 3 of us had shrimp and scallop rosito the seafood were frozen- flashed fried and served. confirmed by the manager. she said they always serve it ceviche. It is not advertised on the menu that frozen seafood that is flashed fried and served as a raw and very very pink center. we would not have gotten it. We told the manager that and she stated that if we didnt like it, they would send it back to the kitchen and they will use it to the adjacent restaurant El Nido. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
