On Tuesday the 21st of May, my brother bought Beef liver, I put it in the freezer when he got home. My mother and I ate this liver, I was the first one to eat the liver, around 11;30 in the morning, yeaterday.I noticed that after 30-45 minutes of consuming the liver I felt Nauseous, had a heavy Headache, Dizziness and Heat around my head...
I stopped whatever I was doing and sat down, this feeling lasted for approximately 3 hours. I felt ok seated dowm but the feeling would start when I stand up.
My mother came home at around 2:30pm and she also prepared the liver for herself and she also experienced almost the same symptoms I had, with added Diarrhoea and Vomiting...
We shared our experiences and found similarities, and these symptoms happened to the both of us after consuming the liver.
As we wake up now, my mother has been going in and out of the loo 3 times this previous night, she jusy went again this morning around 5am.
My brother and daughter did not eat the liver after hearing what had happen to us, we think the liver is poisonous.
▪I put the rest of the cooked liver in the freezer.
▪I still have the slip issued when the liver was bought.
I need your help and advice on what steps should we take against Spar???
