Shrimp Salad Illness Query - Applebee's, Speedway Indiana

I am reporting possible food poisoning. I ate a blackened shrimp Caesar salad from Applebee’s in Speedway on Crawfordsville Rd. on Friday 1/1/2022 around 1 PM. I also ate chicken tortilla soup at Quesos on 146th St and Hazel Dell Road on 1/1/22 at 6:45 pm. That evening I woke up around 1 AM and was vomiting. I had nausea all day on 1/2/22 and part of the day on 1/3/22. I tried to eat some soup and crackers and around 1/4/22 at 1:30 AM I had severe diarrhea for about an hour. I am still nauseated and having some diarrhea. It has gotten better. I am wondering if I have food poisoning. I was recently tested for Covid about three weeks ago and did not have it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
