Just now, Not sure may be an egg sandwich eaten at 12.30pm or a small piece of coffee cake eaten at 4pm 1 person. Just suddenly felt queasy, got up to go to the bathroom and threw up on the way. No other symptoms. About 4 hours after eating sandwich and 45 after eating the cake. Here for the sandwich. Cake homemade | Symptoms: Vomiting
