Starbucks Impossible Sausage sandwich. My mother's diet is light vegan, including chicken and eggs. She's 77 yrs old. Your mother may have a plant-based diet, but she is not vegan. Vegans avoid ALL animal products, usually for ethical reasons. There is no such thing as "vegan light".
